£17.71 per hour + benefits

Set in the heart of Mayfair, Michelin-starred Murano is Angela Hartnett's flagship restaurant. Known for warm, relaxed hospitality and Modern European cuisine with Italian influence, we are looking for a talented Senior Sommelier to help lead and inspire our wine service.

• £17.71 per hour + guaranteed 30 hours (no zero-hour contracts)
• Flexible rotas released 2 weeks in advance

• A confident, guest-focused Sommelier with natural presence
• Deep knowledge and passion for wine and food pairing
• WSET 3 (or equivalent), with ambition to grow further
• Strong leadership skills - able to support, guide and inspire junior team members
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar fine dining environment
