Senior Solutions Manager

MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen their Management team with a Project Solutions Manager for our Anglian Water framework.

As our Senior Solutions Manager covering the Place Based Thinking business unit, you'll oversee an exciting portfolio of water recycling projects valued at approximately £600 million across the East Anglian region. This role offers an opportunity to lead innovative, value-led solutions on a catchment-based level, supporting ambitious capital investment programs and advancing environmental and community objectives.

Responsibilities will include:

Develop and manage collaborative relationships with Anglian Water's ADP delivery teams.

Lead a team of Project Solutions Managers to develop Solutions Stage Project Plans and Solutions Stage deliverables meet standards.

Facilitate root cause analysis, investigations, and data analysis to identify preferred solutions.

Produce monthly performance reports for the portfolio.

Consider TOTEX, Benefits Realisation, safety, buildability, carbon, programme, and Six Capitals in solution selection.

Identify ways to reduce carbon and enhance natural capital using PAS 2080 principles.

Provide leadership that fosters a positive and inclusive environment.

Continuously improve the solutions process and team efficiency.

Proven leadership in managing teams, including performance management and motivation. Expertise in quality assurance, standardisation, and procedural development for continuous improvement. Strong experience in risk mitigation strategies across multiple projects. Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Preferably degree-qualified with experience in water-sector assets and capital project delivery. Knowledge of Health and Safety and CDM is essential. Ability to think creatively and resolve challenges innovatively.
