Gillespie Macandrew has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Solicitor or Associate to join our established Residential Property team in Morningside, Edinburgh.

Responsibilities

• Manage the residential conveyancing process from start to finish for clients and manage an own case load.
• Have a sound understanding of all conveyancing work including sales, purchases, transfers of titles, remortgages, and discharges.

Qualifications

• Ideally the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE, but all applications will be considered.
• Full-time position; consideration will also be given to part-time and flexible working.
