Senior Solicitor Personal Injury

Overview

This is a firm that has seen continued growth in the Scottish PI market and are continuing to build on their success. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team in Edinburgh who has a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience covering RTA, Employers and Public Liability.

Responsibilities

• Litigate with confidence and manage matters in accordance with Court of Session and Sheriff Court Procedures.
• Be highly organized, detail and deadline focused.
• Supervise and mentor less experienced team members and help them reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in Personal Injury, covering RTA, Employers and Public Liability.
• Confident litigator with solid understanding of relevant court procedures.
