Our client, one of the North West's most respected and progressive law firms, is seeking a Senior Solicitor dual-qualified in both the UK and Republic of Ireland to join its thriving Probate and Property team.

This represents a unique opportunity for an experienced solicitor to develop a specialist cross-border practice advising clients on property transactions, estate administration, wills, probate matters, and succession planning across both jurisdictions.

The Role

Managing a varied caseload of Probate, Wills and Property matters Advising clients across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland Estate administration and succession planning Residential and commercial property transactions Mentoring junior team members where appropriate Business development and client relationship management Ideal Candidate

Qualified Solicitor in both UK and ROI jurisdictions Significant experience in Probate, Wills and Property Law Strong technical and client management skills Ability to lead complex matters independently Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development Outstanding Package
