Senior Sole Counsel - Global Software & Data Privacy

Our client, a highly acquisitive global organisation, seeks a Senior Sole Counsel to lead the legal function for a newly acquired part of the group. The role is UK-based with broad autonomy across commercial contracts, data protection, and regulatory strategy.

You will report to the CEO of the international group and collaborate with colleagues and customers worldwide. UK-qualified solicitor with senior-level experience in software/tech environments is essential; US experience is a plus.
