Senior Sole Counsel - Global Software & AI Compliance Leader

Clifton Search is seeking a UK-based Senior Sole Counsel to lead the legal function for a newly acquired software/tech division. This standalone, highly autonomous role reports to the CEO and involves hands-on support across the business and international contracts.

You will negotiate high-value licensing and commercial agreements, manage IP portfolios, and drive AI/ML regulatory strategy and data protection compliance worldwide in a fast-moving, borderless environment.
