This Senior Software Engineer opportunity is with a well-established, fast-growing company in the trading and financial services space. The business is launching a brand-new platform, creating a rare chance to join at an early stage and play a key role in shaping the technical direction from day one.

You'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and engineers to design and build core financial systems that underpin the platform. Working in a cloud-first AWS environment, you'll gain exposure to modern architectures, scalable backend services, and API-driven systems within a dynamic fintech setting.

They're seeking a hands on Senior Engineer who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges, contributes ideas with confidence, and wants true technical ownership. As the platform scales, there is a clear progression path into a future Team Lead role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services and APIs using Python + Airflow
• Build, deploy, and scale cloud-native systems on AWS
• Influence architecture and technical decisions on a greenfield platform
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience as a Software Engineer at senior level
• Strong, hands on Python experience
• Proven experience working with AWS in production

Salary & Benefits
