Senior Software Engineer - Front Office

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to support our client's Quant Research and Trading teams. You will build and maintain tools that help quants and traders deploy models, run analytics, and operate efficiently in a fast paced front office environment.

• Work with quants to turn research prototypes into reliable production systems
• Build Python tools for model deployment, backtesting, simulation, and analytics
• Create simple, effective front end or visualisation components for monitoring and insights
• Develop APIs and services to connect models with trading systems and data pipelines
• Improve performance for low latency, high throughput workloads

• Strong Python skills; experience working with Python Libraries
• Solid understanding of software engineering and system design
• Experience working in a front office financial environment
• Familiarity with market data
• Knowledge of SQL
• Exposure to distributed systems, messaging tools, and event driven systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with quants, traders, and tech teams
