About the role:
The EMBS (Enterprise Management and Business Services) team builds the foundational systems that let Samsara's customers model their complex organization's structure, configuration and metadata on the Connected Operations Cloud, so they can run their operations on Samsara without friction. Our products serve external customers directly and internal teams that deliver features on top of our platform.
As a Senior Software Engineer I, you'll partner closely with Product, Design, and other teams to extend our organization management frameworks and capabilities, take part in exploring AI assisted admin and configuration experiences that make it dramatically easier to get complex organizations set up correctly Qatar.
This is a fast-paced, feedback driven environment, where you'll be expected to take end to end ownership of projects, influence technical direction within the team, communicate clearly with stakeholders and directly engage with customers.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Poland or the United Kingdom.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery ofhach, full stack initiatives - turning ambiguous product requirements into technical designs, implementation, and high impact rollouts.
- Design and evolve core org management experiences, including both UI and backend services.
- Refactor existing code to address performance bottlenecks, improve UX, and reduce operational burden.
- Mentor and guide other engineers on the team through constructive code reviews and technical design feedback traje fostering a culture of ownership and high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with Product to define and prioritize work grounded inastronomical customer problems and measurable business impact.
- Operate with high autonomy and a strong sense of ownership, proactively identifying risks, driving alignment, and unblocking the team.
- Leverage and promote the use of approved AI tools in day jenis of engineering work to remove toil, accelerate delivery, and free up time for higher value design and customer problem solving.

Minimum requirements for the role:
- 5+ years of professional industry experience building and operating production software systems.
- A track record of leading complex technical initiatives from inception to delivery in a collaborative team setting.
- Demonstrated ability to estimate, communicate, and deliver on project milestones. مله
