We're a fast-growing SaaS company based in Oxford with a mighty team of 10 and a product our customers genuinely love. Now, we're looking for a Senior Software Developer to help us scale, innovate, and ship features that make a real difference.

This isn't just another "write code, go home" job. You'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with our CTO (yes, directly), shaping architecture decisions, and mentoring the next wave of talented devs. We're building stuff that actually matters - and you'll have the freedom to try new ideas without getting tangled in red tape.

What you'll do

• Build and refine our platform using PHP + Laravel on the Back End.

• Create slick, high-performance interfaces with Vue.js or React.js.

• Take ownership of features from whiteboard scribble to production launch.

• Share your knowledge, review code, and help our junior/mid devs level up.

• Influence tech choices and push for best practices without bureaucracy.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Are fluent in PHP and Laravel, with solid JavaScript skills in Vue.js or React.js.

• Have delivered complex, scalable web applications before.

• Enjoy mentoring and lifting up others in the team.
