Senior Social Worker Practitioner - Disabilities & Families

Avista is seeking a Senior Social Work Practitioner to join Blakestown Children's Disability Network Team in Dublin 15. This fixed-term position is 1 year, full-time (35 hours per week) and subject to public sector terms.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team providing assessment and intervention for children aged 0-18 with complex needs, supporting families before, during and after diagnosis.
