Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

We're looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join Children's Services in the East Riding of Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's confident, child-focused, and ready to make a real difference ️

As a Senior Social Worker, you'll:

• Manage a complex caseload involving children and families

• Carry out assessments, care planning, and safeguarding work

• Provide professional guidance and support to less experienced social workers

• Work closely with multi-agency partners to achieve the best outcomes for children

• Ensure all work meets statutory requirements and local authority standards

• Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)

• Significant experience within Children's Services

• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and relevant legislation

• Ability to work independently and make sound professional decisions

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills ️
