Job Title: Social Care Team Leader

Job Location: County Dublin

Responsibilities include:

• Essential: Candidates must have a minimum of: QQI Level 7 in Applied Social Care (or an equivalent qualification recognisedforCORUregistration as a Social Care Worker.

Criteria: In addition to the above qualifications, candidates must have:

• At least 3 years post graduate experience in a mainstream residential centre
• Team Leader experience in a mainstream residential centre
• CORU Registration completed or the applicationcommenced.
• Experience in supporting vulnerable young people with a trauma-informedapproach.
• Candidates must also have a deep commitment to children's rights and childprotection and enjoy working in a dynamic, challenging environment
• Knowledge and experience of implementing National Standards forChildren'sResidential Centre
• Monthly Wellbeing Allowance
• Sunday Premium
• Double time payment for Bank Holiday Hours
