The Vet Service is seeking a Senior/Head Vet to lead a dedicated team in a modern 4-vet practice just off the M20. The role offers progression, mentorship, and exposure to clinical and practice management responsibilities, with a discretionary Vet Bonus Scheme for eligible staff.

The ideal candidate will have substantial post-graduate experience in Small Animal First Opinion Veterinary Medicine and may hold or pursue a postgraduate qualification. Flexible full-time or part-time options available.
