Senior Site Manager

Internals & Fit Out Major Residential Development NW London

A leading residential developer is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the internals and fit out on one of London's flagship residential developments.

You'll take ownership of the internal delivery across a large-scale scheme of 1,000 apartments over two high-rise buildings, managing works from first fix through to handover. This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established developer known for delivering high-quality residential projects.

The Role

• Lead all internal works from first fix to completion
• Manage subcontractors, programme, quality, and health & safety
• Drive delivery across multiple floors and trades
• Work closely with the Project Manager and wider site team to achieve key milestones

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale residential developments
• Strong background delivering internals and fit out on high-rise projects
• Excellent leadership, programme management, and quality focus
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
