Senior Site Manager

We are working with a leading civils and remediation contractor delivering a major data centre project in Didcot. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take a key leadership role on a high-profile, technically complex scheme within a rapidly growing sector.

This Senior Site Manager opportunity is ideal for someone with strong civils and infrastructure experience, ideally with a background in data centre delivery or other mission critical construction environments. As a Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for site operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high quality delivery across all civils works.

• Lead day to day site operations across civils packages on a live data centre project
• Manage subcontractors, programme delivery and site coordination
• Ensure full compliance with HSEQ standards and site safety requirements
• Work closely with project management and engineering teams to drive progress
• Maintain accurate site reporting, documentation and stakeholder communication

• Circa £70,000 basic salary OR flexible self employed day rate option
• Opportunity to work on a flagship data centre project in Didcot

• Key leadership role with genuine influence over site delivery

• Strong civils, infrastructure or heavy construction background
• Previous experience on data centre projects (highly desirable)
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams
• Strong understanding of HSEQ compliance and site controls
• Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
