Job Title: Senior Site Manager / Project Manager

Location: Somerset & Devon Region (Ideally based between Exeter and Taunton)

Salary: Fully negotiable, depending on experience

About the Role We are working with a growing, well-established main contractor seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to join their team in the Somerset & Devon region.

You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of construction schemes up to £10m in value. This is a hands on role focused on delivering high quality projects safely, on time, and within budget across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day to day site operations and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Deliver projects from mobilisation through to practical completion and handover
• Manage programme, cost, quality, and health & safety compliance
• Chair project meetings and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure CDM and regulatory requirements are fully met

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager delivering projects up to £10m
• Strong background in main contracting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
• SMSTS or equivalent health & safety qualification (essential)
• CSCS card
• First Aid
