Are you a Senior Site Manager interested in joining a leading quality house builder on a brand new development in Shropshire? There is an exciting new opportunity to join a well-established national house builder in the North West to manage a brand new build housing development consisting of 2, 3 & 4 bed high quality homes starting in Spring 2026. Reporting to a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery, chairing subcontractor progress meetings, progress reporting, checking build standards and overseeing health & safety and quality.

This is a leading housing developer than can offer excellent career progression in to Contracts Management with an impressive land bank & pipeline of developments for the forthcoming years.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational delivery on a brand new build housing development.
  • Chair subcontractor progress meetings and manage progress reporting.
  • Check build standards and oversee health, safety and quality (HSEQ).
  • Coordinate with Project teams and ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery.
  • Report to Contracts Manager and manage site activities from out of the ground through to completion & handover.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of Site Management with a new build housebuilder.
  • Experience of managing sites from out of the ground through to completion & handover.
  • Academically qualified with BSc Construction Management or HND/HNC or equivalent, or solid trade background with relevant industry tickets/certificates.
  • Track record of delivering high standards and behaviours in HSEQ and meeting NHBC standards.
  • Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead and manage risk.
Salary & Benefits
  • Base £65,000 - £75,000
  • Car allowance or company car
