A national award winning house builder are looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior Site Manager to join their team. Do you have a passion for quality? this could be an opportunity to join a respected house builder with the opportunity for progression.
About the role of Senior Site Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new site from site set up and take the lead on a new 200 unit Traditional build site with a mixture of houses and apartments. You will be managing the day-to-day operations and leading the team to meet targets set out by the visiting Contracts Manager and Construction Director.
Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager
- Ensuring compliance on site at all times to H&S standards, processes and NHBC standards
- Manage the day to day running of the development and provide clear direction to those working on site
- Coordinating labour and resources on site to deliver the build programme
- Ensuring all plots are built to the highest standard of quality
- Carrying out new home tours with the sales advisor
- Make sure the on site team is fully resourced and well directed
- Ensure that site records are maintained
Requirements for Senior Site Manager
- Proven track record with the NHBC
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with a high volume residential house builder
- Timber frame experience would be desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
