Senior Site Manager - Residential 100+ Homes (Essex)

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a Senior Site Manager in Witham, England, to lead a 100+ unit traditional build project. The successful candidate will manage sub-contractors and ensure high health and safety standards are maintained throughout the build process.

With extensive experience in housing projects and a desire to progress within the company, the right person will achieve a high-quality product and keep the project within budget and on schedule. This is a permanent full-time position offering a salary between £75K and £85K per year.
