Senior Site Manager - Lead Multi-Project Construction

Bimplus, a growing main contractor based in Colchester, is seeking a Senior Site Manager to drive delivery across multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. This office-based role includes regular site visits and a key focus on planning, coordination and client liaison.

You will oversee programmes, coordinate site teams, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery on schemes up to £10 million across education, retail, commercial, healthcare and community
