Senior Site Manager - Lead Large-Scale Construction Teams

John Sisk & Son is seeking a Senior Site Manager to join our team in Kildare. You will lead on-site operations, ensure safe, efficient and high-quality delivery, and mentor site personnel to align with programme and project objectives.

You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate sub-contractors, uphold HSEQ standards, and drive continuous improvement across safety, productivity and quality. A strong track record in medium to large-scale projects is essential.
