Job Description
Thorn Baker Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Site Manager for a large distribution centre in Kettering. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with ad hoc evenings and weekends as needed.
You will lead a soft services facilities management team, overseeing hygiene, health and safety, and compliance. A proven background in cleaning management and coordinating a team of up to 60 cleaners is essential.
