Senior Site Manager - Industrial Build Leader

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a Senior Site Manager to join our Hampshire-based team as No.2 to the Project Manager on a £12m new build commercial/industrial development in Newbury, Berkshire. You will manage day-to-day site activities, safety, programming, QA, client liaison and coordination meetings to deliver the project on time and to standard.

Ideal candidates have 5-10 years' main contractor experience, a degree or NVQ, and hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
