Senior Site Manager - Complex Refurbishment Projects

O'Neill & Brennan is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Site Manager in Newport to manage complex refurbishment and decarbonisation projects across South Wales and Bristol. The role requires taking full ownership of project delivery, managing projects valued between £2m - £8m, and ensuring high-quality standards in live environments. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of contracts, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in the construction industry. A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 plus package is offered.
