Senior Site Manager - Civil Engineering & Heavy Civils

Mackley is seeking a Site Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a civil engineering project from award to handover. You will plan, communicate and drive delivery, coordinating site teams and subcontractors to achieve milestones.

You will maintain HSE compliance, develop safety plans, review drawings, and ensure quality and environmental standards are met. The role requires leadership, problem solving and a proactive approach.
