Senior Site Engineer Site Manager Pathway (Belfast Tier 1)

CLIENT

VANRATH are currently partnering with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who deliver major Education projects through established frameworks across Northern Ireland. Due to continued pipeline growth, they are now seeking a Senior Site Engineer who wants to step into Site Management responsibility within a high-performing delivery team. Fully site based. Belfast focused. Long term local projects.

The Ideal Person

A Senior Site Engineer who has experience on new build commercial / education / healthcare schemes and now wants to progress towards full site management. Candidates currently in Tier 1 / Tier 2 environments are of particular interest.

Responsibilities

• Site engineering control / setting out where required
• Coordination of subcontractors, trades and supply chain partners
• Managing BOQ items, materials call-off, labour planning and programme support
• Producing method statements, proposals, RAMS, commissioning schedules etc.
• Ensuring HSEQ compliance and maintaining high standards on site
• Leading technical submittals / approvals and resolving design queries
• QA / QC walkdowns, snagging, documentation, reporting and close out
• Acting as key link between design team, project management and delivery teams
• Driving quality, programme, cost and client satisfaction

This role is positioned intentionally for someone who wants a Site Engineer Site Manager progression pathway.

Remuneration

£50,000 - £60,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card + Pension + Benefits
