Senior Site Engineer

Senior Site Engineer with 6+ years' experience required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on a high rise commercial project in South Dublin City Centre. This project is very accessible from all major public transport routes, in a nice part of town and is just starting in December 2024. Our client is ideally looking for an Engineer who has about 6 years' experience with a Main Building Contractor and they have an excellent reputation and an extremely strong pipeline of projects for the coming year.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of works
• Reading & interpreting drawings for layouts, materials measure etc.
• Management of subcontractors/groundworkers
• Planning works in an efficient manner to ensure programme targets are achieved
• Liaise with client's representatives/Design Team members as appropriate
• Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of quality standards.
• Ordering and control of materials on site.

Requirements

• Civil Engineering Degree or similar
• 6+ years' experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
• Self motivating to deliver on safety, quality & programme
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Full driving license

Package

• €70,000 - €80,000
