Senior Silicon Quantum Device Characterisation Engineer

Quantum Motion is seeking a Senior Electrical Characterisation Engineer to join the Process Integration team in London. You will drive electrical characterisation of silicon devices, extract insights from large datasets and feed back to fabrication steps to improve yield and device performance.

You will develop automated test infrastructure, collaborate with foundries and engineers, and help shape measurement capabilities for next-generation silicon-based quantum processors.
