Senior SHES Manager - Safety, Environment & Sustainability

Murphy is recruiting for a Senior SHES Manager to join our Ground Engineering team based out of our JV office in Tilbury, supporting the Lower Thames Crossing. The role leads SHES across the Joint Venture, managing a team of SHES Advisors and ensuring compliance with legislation, standards and client requirements.

You will develop, maintain, and implement the VSLM JV Management Systems, champion culture development, and deliver SHES strategy with training and KPI reporting.
