Senior Service Support & Performance Analyst

Lancashire County Council is recruiting a Technical Support Officer (Service Support) to join the Facilities Management team in Preston. You will support the Service Support Manager and senior management, helping monitor performance, coordinate business plans and ensure policy, technical and regulatory matters are up to date.

The role emphasises financial oversight, ISO support, risk registers and delivery of dashboards, staff survey actions and continuous improvement across hard and soft FM.
