Senior Service Advisor: Lead Bookings & Upsells

A leading car dealership in Doncaster is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to manage customer service and department bookings. The ideal candidate will have previous Service Advisor experience and skills in upselling, as well as knowledge of DMS systems like Kerridge. You'll be expected to maintain high standards while efficiently loading the workshop. A valid manual UK Driving License is necessary. The role offers a basic salary up to £30,000, with an OTE of £34,000.
