Senior Service Advisor: Customer & Workshop Lead

Lookers' Wimbledon Volkswagen is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for a permanent, full-time position in London. The role focuses on efficient customer service in the parts area, handling orders, checks, and daily duties within a friendly, professional team.

You will work 42 hours weekly (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm on a rota basis) and contribute to excellent customer care while maintaining high stock accuracy and administrative accuracy.
