Renault Romford is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team in Harold Wood. You will coordinate workshop activity, deliver high-quality customer service, and support the Aftersales Manager in achieving manufacturer standards.
Key duties include booking work, providing estimates, liaising with technicians, and guiding junior staff. A full UK driving licence is essential, with a Monday-Friday schedule and some Saturday mornings. OTE is £44,100 on £36,750 base.
