£30,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £32,000-£33,000) Full Time Permanent

Working Hours

• Tuesday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Sundays and Mondays off
• Candidates must be able to work every Saturday

Our client, a well-established and highly respected dealership, is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team in Leeds.

The Role

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service department, ensuring a seamless experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer service and repair bookings
• Providing customers with regular updates on the progress of their vehicle
• Preparing estimates, invoices and service documentation
• Liaising with workshop technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently
• Identifying and promoting additional service and aftersales opportunities
• Resolving customer queries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Supporting the department in achieving performance targets

Requirements

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Service Advisor within a car or motorcycle dealership
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• A professional and positive attitude
• Experience working within a fast-paced dealership environment
• A proven ability to build strong customer relationships
