Senior Service Advisor

• Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document themArrange vehicle inspections and provide detailed reports to customers
• Explain recommended repairs and services to customers in a clear and understandable manner
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
• Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
• Co ordinate with Technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns
• Liaise with, and accountable to, the Service Manager and Aftersales Manager

• Previous experience as a service advisor is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is advantageous and will aid you in the role
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping
