Senior SEND & Inclusion Lead - Policy, Support & Impact

Hawley Woods School is seeking an experienced SENCO to lead strategic development of SEND policy and provision across the school. The role includes coordinating day-to-day SEND support and ensuring each pupil's needs are understood and met.

You will work with teaching staff and external agencies to support individual needs, analyse SEND data, and provide clear progress reports. The post emphasises inclusive education across educational, health and social care aspects.
