We are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a leading construction company. You will manage cost control, contract administration, and commercial aspects on major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.

Manage subcontractor procurement and contract negotiations.

Monitor project financials and risks.

Provide commercial advice and lead value engineering.

Mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

Experience in quantity surveying, preferably senior role.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.

Relevant degree/diploma and RICS preferred.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
