Senior Security & Cryptography Engineer - API Platform

Barclays UK is seeking a Senior Engineer to design, implement, and maintain security-focused solutions across Run the Bank activities on the API Platform. The role covers cryptographic technology adoption, IAM systems, and on-call rotations, based in Edinburgh.

As an AVP-level position, you will lead complex security engineering tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements while delivering critical customer journeys.
