Senior SAP PY Consultant - Austria

A leading HR Consultancy is seeking a skilled Senior SAP Payroll Consultant to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity to bring Austrian payroll expertise to high-profile client projects across the DACH region. Working fully remotely, you will collaborate with multinational teams while delivering innovative and compliant payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to gather and analyse Austrian payroll requirements
• Prepare functional documentation and workbooks
• Configure and implement customer requirements in SAP HCM PY or SuccessFactors ECP
• Support data migration activities, especially for master and payroll data
• Lead testing cycles including Unit, UAT and Parallel Testing
• Advise on payroll and post-payroll processes
• Align proactively across workstreams in hybrid SAP / SuccessFactors projects.
• Support Sales/Pre-Sales workshops as a SME where required

Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in Austrian payroll processes and SAP PY configuration
• End-to-end payroll project implementations
• Understanding of SAP reporting tools
• Strong grasp of payroll and post-payroll processes
• Experience working in international, remote and fast-paced environments
• Client-focused, with excellent collaboration skills
• Basic ABAP knowledge (nice to have)
• German - C1+ and fluent English
