Senior SAP HCM Consultant

DETAILS:

• Role: Senior SAP HCM Consultant
• Location: remote in France
• Languages: French and English
• Contract: freelancer
• Duration: 6-12 months + extension

Must-Have:

• Strong understanding of local payroll compliance for the French - local laws and regulations/scenarios within SAP ECC and configuration. Weekly payroll, real-time reporting, and the impact on other system dependencies.
• Hands-on configuration experience within ECC and Payroll.
• Sharp business-facing skills and ability to work closely with the internal customer and external vendors.

Knowledge & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll for France
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical understanding and basic configuration skills
• In-depth knowledge of HR systems and software, especially in:

-Organizational management

-Personnel administration

-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

-Local language capabilities
