In this role, you will take end-to-end functional responsibility for the design, implementation, and operation of SAP production planning and execution processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust SAP solutions and ensure seamless integration with related modules. In addition to system configuration, you will support testing, end-user training, and provide expert support in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Senior SAP Consultant PP/SFC/ME Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Configure and implement processes in Variant Configuration, Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling, Forecasting, MRP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, Manufacturing Execution Processes, MES integration, and Production Order Management & Execution including Availability Checks, Intercompany Processes, Confirmations, WIP Processing, and Settlement.
• Gather and document requirements, working closely with Rieter s internal SAP colleagues to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Support testing by leading unit-, integration- and user-acceptance testing, and support in training to end-users.
• Provide support and troubleshooting issues across SAP PP, SFC and ME modules.
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules, such as FI/CO, MM, PS and IM.

Your Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, computer sciences, business administration or similar
• Min. of 7+ years of extensive experience as an SAP PP Functional Senior Consultant with focus on above mentioned modules, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong configuration and master data skills in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA for PP and APO PP/DS
• Expertise in SAP LSMW for data migration.
• Strong understanding of planning and manufacturing principles.
• Proven ability to configure SAP PP and APO PP/DS to meet business needs; SAP QM knowledge is considered a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex SAP concepts in simple business terms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
