Renowned for delivering a premium and honest service, where they successfully sell over 90% of their stock, giving valuers a full diary, strong instructions, and real earning potential of £70,000+. As a Senior Sales Valuer, your duties will be:

• Carrying out accurate, confident valuations and converting them into instructions
• Building genuine, long-term relationships with vendors
• Helping clients move forward with their onward journey
• Managing your own diary and planning ahead like a pro
• Taking ownership of stock management, knowing every detail as if it were your own
• Ensuring every listing looks its best and meets all compliance standards
• Negotiating offers with skill, charm, and strong commercial awareness
• Proactively encouraging client reviews

To be considered for the Senior Sales Valuer role, you must have:

• At least 12 months of recent experience as a Valuer
• Proven track record of winning instructions
• Naturally driven with a sharp eye for detail
• Confident, charismatic and brilliant at reading a room
• Organised, proactive, and not afraid of a bit of hustle
