Senior Sales Negotiator

Job Title: Senior Sales NegotiatorLocation: Epsom, SurreySalary: Circa £25,000 basic OTE circa £60,000 We are currently working with a highly respected, market-leading estate agency in the Epsom area, known for their exceptional local reputation and strong presence within the market. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. The Role As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving property sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of buyers and vendors, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

• Registering and managing buyer applicants
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Driving sales progression to ensure smooth completions
• Working towards and exceeding sales targets

About You We are looking for someone who is:

• Energetic, friendly, and highly motivated
• Confident and professional, particularly over the phone
• Organised with excellent time management skills
• Proven track record within Estate Agency sales
• Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or similar within Estate Agency
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
• Ability to commute within 1 hour of Epsom
