Job Description
Senior Sales Negotiator

We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our successful sales team in Bath. This is a great opportunity for a driven property professional who enjoys winning business, building relationships, and seeing deals through.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Proactively prospecting for new business
  • Carrying out market appraisals
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Liaising closely with the Sales Progressor to ensure smooth transactions
Working Hours
  • Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Some Saturdays (as required)
About You
  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator (senior level preferred)
  • Confident, proactive, and target driven
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
