Senior Sales Negotiator

We've recently taken on a new position with our client who is currently looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team either in Bow.

Our client is a successful independent agency that has been operating in the London area for over 30 years, believing in providing both an honest and friendly service.

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:

• £25,000 basic
• OTE £55,000 - £60,000
• Car Allowance

Working Hours:

• 9:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday to Thursday with an early finish on a Friday!
• 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Saturday
• 3 days off per month

Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• Minimum 2 years of experience working within an estate agency in London
• Experience with Microsoft software
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organised
• Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team

Responsibilities included in the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Attending viewings
• Liaising with buyers and sellers
• Negotiating offers
• After-sales
