Senior Sales Leader - Revenue Growth & Team Leadership

Pat McDonnell Paints is recruiting a Sales Manager to lead the sales function from our Cork headquarters. The role reports to the MD and focuses on delivering a sales strategy that drives revenue and margin while upholding exceptional customer service.

You will manage Branch Managers and Sales Representatives, collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and Commercial, and build strong cross-functional relationships to achieve business goals.
