About Your New Job as Senior Sales Executive

• As the Senior Sales Executive youwill handle the end-to-end sales process for retail customers in the showroom, guiding them from product selection to project completion.
• Youwill coordinate all fitting jobs, working closely with three trusted fitting partners-ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery (standard €6K per job).
• Youwill be the main contact between customers, fitters, and the business, controlling project progress, managing schedules, and maintaining pricing integrity.
• Youwill have the support of an admin resource for 50% of your time, allowing you to focus on sales and project management.
• Youwill oversee job scheduling, manage workloads, and ensure all partners uphold the company's high service standards.

What Skills You Need to be the Senior Sales Executive

• Extensive experience as a Senior Sales Executive in a high-end showroom environment (bathrooms, kitchens, or interiors).
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of coordinating with fitting teams and delivering seamless projects.
• Excellent communication and people skills for managing relationships with both clients and fitters.
• Commercial acumen to monitor pricing and ensure project profitability.
• Prior experience overseeing fitting or installation teams is highly advantageous.

What's on Offer

• Base Salary: €60,000 - €70,000
• OTE: Up to €150,000
