Job Description

At Blott, we know that the key to growth lies in a high-performing sales team, one that doesn't just find leads but wins clients and builds relationships that last. We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive who thrives on identifying new business opportunities, developing meaningful client relationships, and closing deals that deliver real impact. You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle; from prospecting and qualification to pitching, negotiation, and handover to our delivery teams. This is a role for a true hunter: someone commercially sharp, motivated by results, and excited to sell world-class design and development services to global clients.

Responsibilities
  • Utilise CRM systems, cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Research target accounts and identify prospects' business needs, aligning Blott's solutions to deliver measurable value.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects to qualify and progress them through the sales pipeline.
  • Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities across key sectors and verticals.
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and proposal meetings with potential clients.
  • Manage and report on pipeline activity with weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates to the Head of Growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover from sale to project kick-off.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consistent outbound activity and effective deal closing.
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • 2 - 4 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of exceeding revenue or pipeline targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, craft tailored solutions, and close new business.
  • A creative, problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and commercial awareness.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with the ambition to grow into a senior commercial or leadership role within the business.
It's helpful if you also have
  • Proficiency with CRM's and sales automation platforms.
  • Previous experience in a sales development or account executive role with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with structured sales systems including defined cadences, conversion metrics, and performance tracking.
  • Experience selling digital, SaaS, or professional services within technology, design, or innovation sectors.
  • Interest in AI-driven tools and sales enablement technologies that enhance prospecting and outreach efficiency.
